Born and raised in Honduras, Daniel brings a lifetime of local knowledge and a deep passion for the sea. Bilingual and experienced in both fishing and hunting since childhood, he’s been casting lines and navigating these waters for as long as he can remember.
Daniel is the lead organizer of the Utila Billfish Tournament and a frequent top-three finisher in regional competitions. His passion, experience, and commitment to responsible tourism make every trip with Caribbean Island Adventures an unforgettable and authentic island experience.

Kerry McNab
Co-Founder & Captain
Born and raised in Roatan, Honduras, Captain Kerry McNab is a lifelong seaman with a deep passion for the Caribbean. As co-founder and captain of Caribbean Island Adventures, he leads unforgettable trips that combine local culture, adventure, and expert knowledge.
A seasoned fisherman and diver, Kerry has competed in tournaments and built a reputation as a trusted local guide. His love for the ocean also led him to open successful dive shops and proudly own Big French Cay—a private island destination popular with both leisure and cruise ship visitors.
Whether it’s cruising, fishing, or exploring underwater, Captain Kerry’s passion and experience make every journey with Caribbean Island Adventures unique and memorable.
